The Research Of The Problems And Countermeasures For The Regional Share-oriented Training Base’s Construction

With the development of economy and science, vocational educationincreasingly attracting the attention of the society, the government through a varietyof policy to support the development of vocational education. Vocational educationhas the most strongly linked to the economy. It provides talents for localeconomy.And the training base is the cradle of talent for higher vocational education.The aim of regional share-oriented training base is intensive construction andresources sharing.It is not only the needs of the development of the regional economybut also the internal demand of the training base.This paper focus on the regional share-oriented training base’sconstruction.Visited three higher vocational colleges which have the specialty ofequipment manufacturing in Liaoning province for the research.Adopted the methodof questionaire and in-depth interview to collect the data of the higher vocationalregional share-oriented training base of the specialty of equipment manufacturing.Ialso visited some enterprises in dandong to their views and points of the regionalshare-oriented training base’s construction.The structure of this paper divided into six parts: the first part summarizes thebackground and significance of the regional share-oriented training base. The secondpart analysis on the connotation,positioning,essential feature,and primary mission ofthe regional share-oriented training base.The third chapter introduce the currentsituation of the regional share-oriented training base’s construction,achievement andthe analysis of the problem in the process of the construction.The fourth part is thestudy of foreign experience,such as,Germany,Britain,Japan.Hoping to find the suitablemodel for our country.The fifth part is the current situation of the construction oftraining base in liaoning province.According to the head of the department in schooland the corporate director to know the training bases’ real situation in Liaoningprovince.The last part of this article gave some solutions for the problems which hadbeen raised in the fifth part.Hoping to contribute to the development of vocationaleducation and economy in our province.
