| Research Objective: Equipment manufacturing industry is an important part of China’s national economy,a basic and strategic industry that provides technical equipment for various industries of the national economy,the heart of industry,the lifeline of the national economy,and an important cornerstone to support the comprehensive national strength of the country.In the face of the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution in the world,the focus and focus of highefficiency and high-quality development of the sports equipment manufacturing industry empowered by artificial intelligence will surely fall on improving the core competitiveness of the sports industry and laying out the future development strategy.As a major sports province in China,Shandong Province sports equipment manufacturing industry accounts for nearly 80% of the total output of the sports industry,which is the largest category of total output and added value.Under the general situation of industrial structure adjustment caused by the conversion of new and old kinetic energy,in order to enable enterprises and governments to find their own gaps and further promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,it has become a realistic need to design a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the intelligent level of sports equipment manufacturing industry and measure the intelligent ability level of related manufacturing enterprises.Research Methods: Based on the research background,the evaluation index of the intelligence level of sports equipment manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province was preliminarily screened by using the literature method.Then,through two rounds of Delphi method expert questionnaires,the experts evaluated the importance of the index items and proposed amendments to the indicators,and evaluated the enthusiasm,authority,concentration of opinions and coordination of opinions of the consulting experts.Finally,the analytic hierarchy method is used to assign the weight of the indicator system.The results are:(1)This study was evaluated from three aspects: infrastructure,production and operation,and operation management,including 13 secondary indicators and 29 third-level indicators;(2)The consultation results of Delphi expert questionnaire method: the degree of expert authority was 0.87;the positive coefficient of experts in both rounds of questionnaire was 100%;The first round of Kendall coordination coefficient is: A infrastructure 0.11,B production and operation 0.07,C operation management 0.13,the second round of Kendall coordination coefficient: A infrastructure 0.22,B production and operation 0.19,C operation management 0.35;(3)the established index system,using expert opinions for hierarchical analysis,the weight of the index is assigned,the importance of the index: "B production and operation(0.4905)" > "A infrastructure(0.3119)" > " C Operations Management(0.1976)";(4)By classifying the evaluation indicators of the index system and dividing the intelligent evaluation level,a quantitative description of the index system is formed,and the intelligent scoring can display the intelligent level of the enterprise more intuitively.Research conclusions:(1)The use of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method makes the constructed index system more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable.(2)Taishan Sports Industry Group,a representative leading enterprise in Shandong Province,was selected as an example to apply the index system,and the index system constructed to verify that the construction of the index system includes:the evaluation of the index system can analyze the actual problems and has certain use value;In the collection of evaluation index collection elements,accurate feedback was obtained,which proved that the indicators were easy to collect and the establishment of collection items was feasible. |
