Research On The Professional Construction Of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Technology In Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Industrial Transformation In Shanxi Province

The industrial transformation of Shanxi Province is a guideline and policy proposed in response to the current economic situation of the country,and in this context,industrial transformation and upgrading and regional industrial optimization have had a profound impact on vocational education in Shanxi Province.As the main place for cultivating technical and skilled talents in China,higher vocational colleges play an important role in China’s higher education,and it is very important to comprehensively improve the professional construction level of higher vocational colleges.As a key component in the field of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing equipment technology should make great efforts in professional construction,so as to effectively meet the demand for high-quality intelligent manufacturing talents in Shanxi Province’s industrial transformation.Based on this,this study discusses the problems existing in the professional construction of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology in the context of industrial transformation in Shanxi Province.This research is carried out on the basis of the theory of "industrial transformation" and the theory of "internal and external relationship between education",first through data investigation to understand that the intelligent manufacturing equipment technology major is currently opened in a total of 5 vocational colleges in Shanxi Province,and then through consulting data and field visits and analysis,the professional training objectives,curriculum and teacher team construction of the major in 5 vocational colleges in Shanxi Province are summarized.Secondly,according to the core elements of professional construction,that is,professional training objectives,curriculum system content,teacher team construction,school-enterprise cooperation and assessment and evaluation system,the student and teacher rolls of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology construction in Shanxi Vocational Colleges and Universities were compiled and sorted out,and 525 students and 65 teachers of 5 vocational colleges and universities were issued questionnaires,and finally 499 student questionnaires and 65 teacher questionnaires were recovered.Then,the results of the questionnaire were analyzed,and it was concluded that there are currently the following problems in intelligent manufacturing equipment technology in vocational colleges and universities in Shanxi Province: low compatibility between professional training goals and industrial transformation needs,mismatch between professional course content and industrial job requirements,teacher construction problems restricting the development of professional construction,low depth and quality of school-enterprise integration,and imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanisms.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the improvement countermeasures of Shanxi vocational colleges and universities in the process of professional construction of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology are proposed: formulating training goals based on professional positioning,improving the curriculum system according to industrial development,building a high-level faculty team with school-enterprise mutual employment,strengthening institutional guarantees,promoting school-enterprise cooperation model innovation,and multi-party participation in the establishment of a scientific assessment and evaluation mechanism.
