With the unceasing change of social economic development and market demand, putforward new requirements to Social sports professional personnel training specification andquality. But the social sports specialty as emerging sports science. Still in a process ofcontinuous improvement and development, the talent training scheme is not very mature,make social sports professional education is faced with many problems and confusion. Theimprovement of social economy and people’s health consciousness, fitness, entertainment andother recreational demand is increasing, promote the rapid development of leisure sportsindustry in China. At the same time for the development of social undertakings of physicalculture and sports laid a good foundation, Accordingly, the demand for social sportsprofessionals are also increasing. In order to meet the social demand for talents under the newsituation, as a specialized training institutions of higher learning shoulder this historicmission.To the cultivation of talents must from the perspective of the curriculum, social sportsprofessional direction of main culture is: the leisure sports fitness guidance, leisure fitnessclub management and management direction, the social sports work direction, etc. Therefore,we should increase of social sports professional leisure sports curriculum research, understandproblems that exist in social professional sports leisure sports curriculum, build the feasibleplan conform to the social needs of course, in leisure sports fitness industry jobs demand forprofessional talents and future career development on the basis of the need, produce morehigh quality leisure sports talents. This study was based on this background, draw lessonsfrom the domestic part of the leisure class sports curriculum research, based on the actualsituation of the curriculum in colleges and universities in shandong province.To discuss theoptimization of leisure sports curriculum: Leisure sports course system design is to take themarket demand as the foothold, make the students with skills development for expertise, withthe operation and management as the guidance, developing leisure sports talents. Thisresearch mainly uses the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnairesurvey and other research methods, to study seven university social sports major leisure sportscourse in Shandong province. In this paper, through research and analysis we get thefollowing conclusions:(1)So far in shandong province’s reality, the social demand for talents mainly leisuresports fitness guidance and leisure sports management and the development direction is givenpriority to, and social sports professional training objectives cannot meet the social demand for talents, with social needs for the establishment of training objectives.(2)With the rapid development of the current sports industry and the increasing demandof the fitness industry, bring new opportunities and challenges for the social sportsprofessional. But at present universities in Shandong province of social sports specialtycourse system design is not timely keep up with the pace of social development, it is to be thereform and innovation.(3) Now professional sports leisure sports in universities in Shandong province societymainly traditional project, the lack of good market prospects emerging sports project.(4) The restriction of the education funds problem, at present the school facilities are notcomplete, many facilities do not even construction is humble, and make the students to class,and make the students cannot normal have a class, students only mastered the theoreticalknowledge and the lack of skills training. To some extent hindered the implementation of thetalents training goal of leisure sports.(5) Teachers have professional knowledge structure can not meet the requirements ofsocial sports specialty is the main obstacle restricting the development of social sports. Thelevel of leisure sports course of special teachers is low, it is not form relatively core faculty,lack of stable teacher training system.
