province leisure choice to participate in sports activities need to be professional and technical personnel of up to 93.2%;Choose not to need accounted for 1.7%;Choose it accounted for 5.2%.From the aspect of interest analysis,ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities in henan province volunteered for the sports activities of professional and technical personnel account for 87.6%;Passive to 11.2%;Reluctant to attend accounted for 1.2%.From the motivation level analysis,sorting the first is to enhance physical fitness;The second is to adjust mood,eliminate the trouble;The third is keep fit;The fourth is to reduce stress at work;The fifth is rich leisure life;The sixth,experience happy movement.2,From the aspect of behavior analysis,ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities in henan leisure sports participants each exercise in professional and technical personnel more than 30 minutes of accounted for 67.8%;A medium to sweating intensity is above exercise,accounting for 4.0%.Negative factors are: for the scientific research task without exercising,66.9%(male 71.3%,female 62.6%);Because of the housework and give up to participate in leisure sports,47.3%(male 34.3%,female 60.3%);Because there was no related sports equipment and give up to participate in the exercise,43%(male 47.2%,female 38.8%);With no one to guide and give up to participate in the exercise,27.8%(male 26.8%,female 28.8%);Due to the limited economic conditions and give up to participate in the exercise,12.2%(male 12.1%,female 12.3%).7,To improve the ordinary
