| In this thesis, Chengdu college girl as the object of study, select five collegerepresentative, a total of500questionnaires. Participating in Leisure Activities survey,literature, interviews, mathematical statistics method for college girl situation analysisand research as well as the value of their participation in the activities of the project,studies show that: Chengdu college girls for leisure sports level of understanding of thisproject is not high, but most students agree that the presence of its value. Chengducollege girl leisure time is relatively much, but the general arrangement is unreasonable.College girls in Chengdu condition of participation in recreational sports activities, theirparticipation in leisure and sports activities is much lower than for boys. Chengducollege girls to participate in leisure and sports activities of the project showing thediversity of projects to participate in recreational sports activities top few badminton,jogging, table tennis, chess and entertainment, aerobics. Chengdu College SportsFacilities facilities can not meet the development needs of the girls did not do therational allocation of different groups of people, the contradiction between supply anddemand is very prominent.At the same time, after the study also found that college girls in Chengdu leisureand sports activities are more likely to agree with the following five values: to promotehealth, improve interpersonal skills, strengthen psychological construction, improveteam collaboration, rich leisure life. They agree generally quite high for the value ofleisure and sports activities strong behavioral intentions description of the Chengduuniversity students participating in recreational sports. Addition leisure sports activitiesfor the reform of the campus sports played a role in promoting and supporting thepromotion and the role of the rich connotation campus sports culture play.In view of the above analysis, the following recommendations:1. the city of Chengdu University School and sports teacher needs to renew theeducation idea.2.girls who seek opportunities for leisure leisure awareness.3.to strengthen the female university students leisure sports competitions,outstanding female characteristics.4Chengdu universities need to strengthen the construction of sports venues, improve utilization, strengthen the management of the sports club.5promote a healthy lifestyle to vigorously promote the value of leisure sports. |
