In this day and age, the media environment has become an important environmental factor behind the economic environment, political environment and cultural environment. And the interaction between it and people is getting more and more close, and it has become the most important channel for people to obtain information. Facing the complicated media information which is everywhere, most of the young students don’t know how to choose the food ones to avoid disadvantages. At the same time, their language expression, aesthetic and the values are virtually greatly affected.In this kind of situation, the media literacy education, which aims to cultivate students the correct judgment and understanding of media information, appropriate selection and use, becomes the new hot spot of the media and education circles. Because it has the characteristics of openness, epochal character, media literacy education integrate with other disciplines more and more often. Among them, adding the media literacy education into the teaching of Chinese aesthetic education is a kind of brand-new form of teaching. On the one hand, the abundant media information can not only expand Chinese aesthetic education resources, but also develop the students’ aesthetic spirit and grow the their humanities cultivated manners. Students, on the other hand, according to the aesthetic rule, can effectively choose media information, can strengthen their reading ability and production ability. The combination of the two is full of great significance and far-reaching influence. It can improve the students’media literacy, aesthetic ability and comprehensive quality and achieve the reunification of the Chinese instrumental and humanism.In this paper, the author tries to research the Chinese aesthetic education under the media literacy education, and put forward the thinking and suggestion. This paper includes three chapters:the first chapter mainly clarify the related concepts of media literacy education and aesthetic education to make people have a basic knowledge of media literacy education. The second chapter mainly discusses the historical development of media literacy education, the research status quo, as well as the practice of the merge with aesthetic education. The third chapter is the focus of this article. It expounds some of the specific practices of aesthetic education under the influence of media literacy education? include the Change of teaching materials, teaching methods, training mode.
