Improvement Of Teaching Management Modes

The excessive administrative issues in Chinese University teaching management, has been widespread concern and attention from the domestic tertiary education sector, the process of teaching management executive powers greater than the academic power not only inconsistent with the law of the development of higher education, but also restricts the impact on higher education personnel training and growth, so how to remove the administrative problems in university management, has become the focus of attention in today’s higher education researchers and difficult problems.
