The world today is the continuous development of the world, countries with the technological advances made in the economic, social and cultural developed. The traditional education follows the traditional classroom teaching methods, mechanically dogma education. Because there is no respect or lack of respect for the objective laws of human development, its educational effect often with little success. With the gradual deepening of the new curriculum reform, advocacy to promote the overall development of students, the implementation of quality education. Ideological and political education as the soul of quality education is the key to the implementation of quality education, it is necessary to break the shackles of traditional teaching, the application of open classroom teaching.This article is based on the concept of the new curriculum, the combination of ideological and political discipline nature, open classroom teaching from the reality of the students in the ideological and political course. Open classroom teaching is not only teaching mode, teaching methods, but also can be understood as a teaching philosophy. Combined with Chinese characteristics on the basis of domestic and foreign research explores the connotation and characteristics of the open classroom teaching (democracy, pluralism). Demonstrated in reality, the ideological and political course and the importance and necessity of the implementation of the open classroom teaching, not only to promote the development of students, teachers, schools, but also the disciplinary development, curriculum reform needs. In the implementation process, it is necessary to be truly open, not only want to be open on the teaching objectives, teaching content, but also to grasp the teaching methods, teaching space, teaching process and evaluation of the open, but also to be combined into a unified whole. Especially in the teaching process, to methods and space to handle the use of various forms of organization, in after school to establish an open evaluation system, through the practice of educational practice, worked out the case for open teaching philosophy classroom, center, continue to increase students’ interest in learning, and promote the overall development of students.This paper uses a literature study, questionnaire, comprehensive practice law, the practical experience of the school of education internships for inspection. Learning at home and abroad about the theory and experience, by continuously combining with the actual situation, repeated practice, demonstration, reflection, in order to design a reasonable implementation strategy, and strive to teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching space, teaching process, do innovative teaching evaluation to improve classroom teaching, the open classroom teaching can play a catalytic role in construction of the new curriculum for the ideological and political course.
