| As the "key event" and "inevitable event" in teaching,open class has many functions.At present,open class has become an effective means to spread new teaching ideas,promote teaching mode,research teaching methods,promote teachers' professional growth,reflect on daily teaching and carry out school-based teaching and research activities.In particular,it plays an important role in promoting young teachers to achieve professional growth.At the same time,open class has gradually become an important form for education departments and schools at all levels to carry out the selection of high-quality courses.However,due to the increasing utilitarian value of open class and the unclear value orientation of open class by schools and teachers,there are many problems in the teaching of Ideological and political open class in senior high school,which hinder the value and function of Ideological and political open class,resulting in the teaching of open class by ideological and political teachers falling into a "strange circle" and abandoning the fundamental purpose of open class.This study takes the current situation of Ideological and political open class teaching as the starting point,adopts questionnaire survey and case interview,and selects five middle schools in Nanchong City,Sichuan Province as the survey samples to investigate the current development of Ideological and political open class.The author chooses the survey dimension in advance to formulate the questionnaire and interview outline,and issues questionnaire to 62 ideological and political teachers and306 high school student to obtain necessary information.Through sorting out and analyzing the results of the investigation,the main problems existing in the teaching of the open ideological and political course in senior high school are pointed out: the organization and management of the open ideological and political course are not in place;the ideological and political teachers set up the correct teaching concept of the open course;the ability of the ideological and political teachers to operate the open course is not strong and the effectiveness of the teaching evaluation of the open ideological and political course needs to be improved.Based on the obtained data and materials,this paper analyzes the main reasons behind the problems in the teaching of open ideological and political courses,and ascribes them to the following reasons: the influence of the self-interest orientation of open courses;the ideological and political teachers fail to grasp the essence of open courses;the ideological and Political Teachers' own professional quality is not high and the evaluation mechanism of open ideological and political courses is unreasonable.Combined with the author's own experience and understanding of teaching open courses,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies with implementation value for the main problems existing in the teaching of Ideological and political open courses in senior high schools: optimizing the organization and management mode of open courses by reconstructing the implementation link of Ideological and political open courses and formulating the standardized open course teaching system;and encouraging ideological and political teachers to correctly position the value of open courses The measures such as returning to the natural and real classroom,creating a community for teachers' growth and creation help them to establish correct teaching concept of open class;require ideological and political teachers to be pragmatic in their professional quality and improve their teaching ability of open class;promote the establishment of open class evaluation system by building professional ideological and political evaluation system,implementing pre class learning system of evaluation and building equal dialogue type open class evaluation system Quantifiable and diversified teaching evaluation mechanism of open ideological and political courses.This study with "point" and "face" is of theoretical significance to deepen the teaching research and enrich the theoretical framework of the ideological and political open course in senior high school,which can provide theoretical guidance for the better development of the ideological and political open course in senior high school and promote the implementation of the new ideological and political course standards in senior high school. |
