21st century is a century of learning. According to the report of the International Commission on Education for the Twenty- first Century, to learn to study is one of the four pillars of education in 21st century. Referring to the learning to study, the International Commission on Education for the Twenty- first Century tells that the learning means the ability and method of learning, not the classified knowledge. And it also points out that if the initial education is helpful for the further learning all one's life, we can consider this education successful.[1]The important mission of education is to train talent."Making students learn to study"becomes the aim and purpose of education nowadays. Teacher-student relation is the basic and major relationship through education. It influences the transmission of educational information between teachers and students. The teacher-student relation is not only the core in education process, but also the key about deepening quality education. Modern education pays more attention to"People oriented"and training students'ability and tapping their intelligence. The education process is a process of promoting and enhancing for both sides. As the most important relation in school, the teacher-student relation runs through the whole education process. The result of dealing with this relationship directly influences the effect of education and the realization of training aim in school and concerns students'psychological health and comprehensive development.The construction of teacher-student relation is explored in this passage, consisting of four parts.Section 1: the concepts and significance of the relationship are introduced, and meanwhile, the factors influencing the foundation of the relationship are expounded. Section 2: the teacher-student relation in secondary vocational school and the factors that affect the relation's constructions are analyzed and the necessity to construct this relation is demonstrated.Section 3: this part mainly focuses on how to construct the relationship in secondary vocational school. It is expounded from five aspects: the improvement of teachers'accomplishment helps to build fine teacher-student relations in vocational school; reinforcing students'mental health education helps to build fine teacher-student relations; reforming the construction of the professional course in vocational school is good for fine teacher-student relations'construction; reforming classroom teaching in vocational school is good for fine teacher-student relations'construction; enhancing the teaching management of vocational school can benefit the construction of fine teacher-student relations.Section 4: it illustrates the exploration of good teacher-student relation in class.Forming fine teacher-student relation helps not only to improve students'records, but also to form scientific and efficient study habit, to perfect students'cognition structure, and to improve students'studying consciousness, thinking ability and other qualities. Fine teacher-student relation is the basic guarantee to realization of making students'"learn to study".
