The conflict between teachers and students is a common and unavoidable phenomenon in school education and teaching activities,which has a certain influence on the construction of teacher-student relations.As the most basic and important relationship in school teaching,the teacher-student relationship plays an important role in the development of the school and the healthy growth of students.The junior high school stage is a special stage of individual growth of students.At this stage,students 'physical and mental development is in a critical period and a sensitive period.Therefore,the study of the causes and resolution of teacher-student conflicts in junior high school has theoretical and practical significance.According to the randomness,uncertainty and complexity of the conflict between teachers and students,this paper selects teachers and students from the middle school in Xinyang County,and adopts the observation method and interview method.Understand and present the current situation of teacher-student conflict in junior high school in detail,then present and summarize the main problems exposed by the current situation of teachers and students,and then use the literature method to further attribute the observed teacher-student conflict incident.Finally put forward corresponding solutions to the conflict between teachers and students.This article is divided into six chapters.They are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the main ideas of this study,including why to study the conflict between teachers and students in junior high school,the theoretical value and practical value of the research,and the research ideas and methods to be used in this research.The second chapter mainly discusses the literature review and the interpretation of theory.The literature review mainly discusses the current research situation at home and abroad and the definition of related core concepts.Theory interpretation is mainly to the conflict brought about by the positive and negative impact,in the conflict between teachers and students should be used conflict and other aspects of the elaboration,so as to explain the causes of conflict between teachers and students in junior high school and the importance of the study.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation,mainly through the empirical investigation method,using the educational observation method,and the interview method summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship and the current situation of teacher-student conflict in X Middle School from the perspective of researchers.The main conclusions are: As a common phenomenon in campus,the conflict between teachers and students is mainly based on "non-violent" conflicts in junior high school.Through the analysis of the present situation,the causes of the conflict between teachers and students are accurately summed up.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes,mainly through the current situation of the conflict between teachers and students in X Middle School,and the analysis of the causes of the conflict between teachers and students in junior high school from both teachers and students,schools,families,and society.The reasons for the conflict between teachers and students are various.It lays the foundation for solving the conflict between teachers and students in junior high school.The fifth chapter is to solve the conflict between teachers and students,according to the causes of the conflict between teachers and students,combined with the problem of the conflict between teachers and students,from both teachers and students,school,family and social aspects of the solution strategy.There are many ways to resolve the conflict.The main ones are: advocating teachers to accept the conflict between teachers and students,and playing a positive role in the conflict;Construct positive class group,release the psychological pressure of students;Maintain good communication with parents and give full play to the role of family education;Promote the traditional culture of respecting teachers and reteaching,fully implement quality education,and so on.The sixth chapter is the conclusion that through research,we want to learn from both teachers and students.Schools,families,and society work together to resolve teacher-student conflicts.The shortcomings in the research are to be continued in the future practice and teaching.
