The construction of public sports teaching in Colleges and universities of ourcountry is an important content of the teaching reform of physical education coursesin Colleges and universities at present, for the promotion o f College PE teachingquality, improve the students physical culture and physical and mental health level ofsignificance. Therefore, strengthening the construction of college sports teaching,scientific evaluation of physical education teaching has become an important researchsubject in college sports are concerned.By using the methods of literature study, expert investigation, logical analysisand mathematical statistics method, shows that the present situation investigation tothe university sports teaching material construction in our province, the mainachievements in recent years, the construction of teaching materials is the surge in thenumber of materials, improved quality, school-based teaching materials become themainstream, use well, thanks to a new round of physical education to promoteschool-based, spread the idea, the learning needs of students and school leadershipattention, the main problem of compiling quality uneven, some good and some bad,plagiarism phenomenon is serious, illegal publications have appeared, benefit driveimproper profit, the reasons of these questions have written ability is low, writingmotivation is not positive, legal supervision.Further studies show that the evaluationof university sport teaching material, the main principles of evaluation and the meansof target evaluation of the combination, and the whole unit evaluation evaluation ofthe combination of theory and practice of evaluation, evaluation of the combination ofqualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, combining the principles of.College sports teaching evaluation contents include the ideological level, culturallevel, knowledge level, scientific level, logic level, education level, to adapt to thelevel and production level of8first class indexes and they covered "embodiment of’health first’ guiding ideology" and20two level indexes.Evaluation of college sportteaching material can be used multiple comprehensive evaluation method ofleadership assessment, peer evaluation and student evaluation etc..
