The writer selected361college student participating clubs of basketball, volleyball, martial art, Hip-Hop, table tennis and badminton as experimentalsubjects. During sixteen weeks, we have done researches three times a week and90min every time on their attitude toward physical training, physical grown form(height, weight and Curletto Index), changing situation of basic motor skills (male1000m/female800m,50m, standing board jump and vital capacity) and sportbehaviors in the form of club of extra curriculum physical training. The resultindicates physical training has a significant improvement in the dimensionality ofattitude of the student participant in different subject, and the different subject ofphysical training does escalate every dimensionality. A positive physical trainingbehavior affects the dimensionality of physical training attitude. Both male andfemale from the group of basketball, martial art, Hip-Hop and badminton showlittle difference in dimensionalities of attitude towards physical training; the malefrom the group of volleyball got a better dimensionality of behavior reorganization, behavioral habit and behavioral control. The female from the group of table tennisescalate dimensionalities of attitude and behavior reorganization. Experimentaldata show that volleyball can make a remarkable difference in the dimensionalitiesof behavior attitude、 behavior reorganization and behavior habit and the resultdiffers because of dimensionalities and gender, and the result probably has anassociation with the popularity of volleyball. The little ball game like badmintonand table tennis improves cognitive behavior, behavior intention and behaviorcontrol and subjective standard of the males. The difference may relate to thissubject has a higher requirement of the nervous system agility compared othergames like basketball volleyball and martial art. Female in the badminton andHip-Hop group are likely to participant in the physical training more than martialart, and prefer table tennis and Hip-Hop than volleyball. The result may relate tothe characteristics of the subject, female students more likely to choose the lighttraining ones, the less dangerous ones and the ones with music.Differences exist in the influence on the body shape due to different subjectand different gender. The entire subject had a positive influence on the femalestudents’ body shape with no difference. Badminton increased more vital capacitythan basketball and volleyball which also had a positive effect. Hip-Hop had asignificant difference in lung capacity increasing compared with basketball and thedifference become more obvious when compared with volleyball. Compared withvolleyball, badminton requires more in the speed and endurance. Hip-Hop promote the body’s aerobic metabolism and enhance the cardiopulmonary function throughrepeated and low-intensive physical training. On the aspect of controlling the variables of project and gender, the states ofbehavioral attitude and height are proportional to the change of vital capacity aswell as the changing state of800/1000m. What’s more, behavioral attitude isnotably proportional to the change of vital capacity. So does the behavioralrecognition. In addition, behavioral habit is proportional to height,50m and vitalcapacity, and behavioral intension proportional to height and vital capacity. While, the emotional experience is inversely proportional to height, and behavioral controlis also inversely proportional to height and vital capacity. Subject standard issignificantly proportional to height and vital capacity. The behavior of physicaltraining of experiment group differs a lot from the matched group. The experiments assure the physical training frequency, physical training timeand physical training intensity to reach the goal of physical training. Collectiveproject such as basketball and volleyball carried out in the forms of “alone” and“with companion”; small ball games with nets like table tennis and badmintoncarried out in the forms of “with companion” and “with a fixed partner”. Eachproject has different motives, and most of them were from the tester themselves, their classmates and friends. The goals of the tested physical training were mainlyfor entertainment and strengthen their body. The "no facilities" in basketballaccounted for43.3%, and this project has a small facilities per capita quantity andcan’t meet the requirement of exercisers; the lack of fund is the main barrier ofbadminton. The writer suggests that to promote the cultivation of college students’physical exercise habit, we should enhance the development of extra-curricularactivities of athlete club and set up diversified athlete clubs, enrich the content ofafter-class physical exercise for students, reinforce the guidance after school, reasonably develop and make good use of field, equipment and facilities.
