"Participation" is the core of the quality education, also be our country current middle and primary school teaching reform is a important subject. In the face of the world educational reform tide and current social and cultural background, in the school teaching of subject education, to cultivate the students’subject consciousness, to teach students how to learn, develop students creative and practical ability, is currently represent the general trend of educational reform. At the same time, in the implementation main body education process, also reached to the student emotion, attitude, values of the ultimate training. Therefore the subjectivity of teaching research and practice is a far-reaching and significant work.This paper selects high school physics teaching subjects, mainly on the main participation connotation, significance, theoretical basis, implementation of the main involvement in the principles, approaches and methods, and domestic and international physics teaching theory and practice, has been systematically studied, not only summarizes the previous research results, and display of personal exploration and thinking.Through a questionnaire survey and the author’s teaching experience, the paper described the main body involved in teaching the theoretical basis and its benefits at the same time, and through teacher observation, student questionnaires and knowledge tests and other means to control the traditional teaching mode, carried out the experiments of the main body involved in the teaching model research, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) enable students to truly become the main teaching activities.(2) promote students to develop good independent learning habits.(3) conducive to the development of students’ sound personality.(4) promote students to become masters of learning.
