The harmonious teacher-student relationship, which affects the teaching goals and qualities, is a significant way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political classes in high school.Nowadays,the middle school students, which were born mostly in1990s, take on new characteristics, making teachers think of a proper way to deal with them. Otherwise, it can sharpen the teacher-student relationship and even make negative effect on teaching efficiency and goals. Focusing on this problem, the author analyzes the reality and the cause of the recent teacher-student relationship basing on the questionnaire carried out in middle school. According to personal teaching experience and teaching cases, the author explores the principles and methods to constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship. It shows positive effect on improving the middle school education and enhancing the efficiency in ideological and political classes.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the exordium. The second chapter is about describing the connotation of harmonious teacher-student relationship and discussing the main symbol of harmonious teacher-student relationship from three aspects. The third chapter is analyzing the characteristics of the student born in the1990s, as well as the background of formation. The fourth chapter is to summarize the present situation of teacher-student relationship and analyze the causes according to questionnaires. The last part is to explore teaching methods and measures to build harmonious teacher-student relationship from five aspects, namely society, schools, teachers, students themselves and parents to reach the goal of enhancing the teaching qualities. |
