| Harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the need to create a relax ed and orderly classroom environment,the motivation for students to improve learning effect,the foundation for teachers to realize the value of life,and an indispensable part o f the realization of teaching objectives.Because the harmonious relationship between te achers and students has different effects on each subject,and the ideological and politica l course in senior middle school is the main position to help learners to have ideological and political quality,learn to be human and establish correct values,and has its own uni queness,so the ideological and political course in Senior Middle School needs to pay m ore attention to the role of teachers and students.At present,the disharmony between tea chers and students occurs from time to time,such as the conflict between teachers and st udents,People are more and more enthusiastic about the relationship between teachers a nd students,Scholars have made some achievements in this study,but in the exploration of harmonious relationship between teachers and students,the exploration of Ideologica l and political course in senior middle school is relatively scarce.Therefore,this paper st udies how to promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students of Ide ological and political subjects in senior middle schools.Firstly,this paper discusses the research background of this topic in detail,sorts out the research progress and conclusions at home and abroad,combs the research thoughts of experts and scholars,and conceives the logical framework of this paper.Secondly,th e connotation and characteristics of the harmonious relationship between teachers and st udents are summarized and discussed.Then,the current situation of the relationship bet ween teachers and students in the ideological and political class of senior middle school is explained.The disharmonious sound is found.On this basis,the causes of disharmon y between teachers and students in the ideological and political class are explored,inclu ding teachers,students and other factors.In terms of teachers,the teaching concept need s to be changed,the teaching ability needs to be improved,and the students lack respect and understanding;in terms of students,the trust degree of teachers in Ideological and p olitical courses declines,the psychological needs are not satisfied,and the personality d evelopment is not balanced;in other factors,the parents dote on and biased towards ide ological and political courses,the school attaches importance to and unilaterally pursuesthe impact of enrollment rate,social development and market economy.Finally,the cor responding strategies are put forward.On the one hand,teachers should change teaching ideas,improve teaching ability,respect and understand students;on the other hand,stud ents should correctly understand teachers,themselves and manage emotions;on the othe r hand,parents should scientifically guide students and schools to change school runnin g ideas and create a good social atmosphere. |
