Through the correlation literature collection and the research, the case analysis research, through methods of observation, conversation and investigation, and so on, this article has carried on the limits to the good teacher and student relations connotation and the main characteristic; The dissertation has analyzed and summarized the current high school teacher and student relations, in particular the main questions and it's influence which existed in the relations between the teacher and student on the Ideological and Political lesson; The dissertation has analyzed and summarized the basic principles that have to be obeyed in the construction of good relations between teacher and student on Ideological and Political lesson, and main way which the construction of good teacher and student relations on Ideological and Political lesson should follow.The good teacher and student relations, distinguishes between the traditional teacher and student relations, which emphasis teacher for the absolute central status, also distinguishes teacher and student relations that lays undue stress on the student for the absolute central status. The good teacher and student relations, is the kind of equal interaction, the mutually beneficial harmonious relations. The main characteristics of the good teacher and student relations are that love each other; Harmonious; Democratic equality, cooperation dialogue; Chaste kindhearted, grow and improve together; The teacher leads, student center; The dynamic development, profound and lasting. The good relations between teacher and student is the kind of trend ideal condition.The relations between teacher and student is influenced by the very many factors, the teacher and student are the intrinsic factors which affect the teacher and student relations. Teacher factor is the most important factor which affects the teacher and student relations. The teacher and student relations besides the influence from the intrinsic factors, but also receives influence from the society, the family, the discipline and so on, which are the extrinsic factors. Influenced by inside and outside negative factor together, now teacher and student relations mainly have been existed these questions.
