With the further construction of the harmonious society, education is supposed to fulfill the requirements of equipping students for the 21st century, focus on the development of all students, and enable them to improve their capacities of innovation, practise as well as correspondence. Besides, we should develop students' characteristics and strong points, shape their good personalities, advance the education for all-around development, and improve the whole nation's qualities as well as innovation abilities. As the school equips students for the future society, classes are not only the grass roots of the school, but also an important environment for students to learn to adapt to the society and socialize themselves. so the management of a class has a direct influence on the exertion of its educational function and the full-scale, healthy and harmonious development of students. However, there still exist some problems which need to be solved immediately in the management of classes and even the present education.Based on careful investigation and research of classes' management in Shude High School, this essay sum up the following disharmonious aspects. To begin with, the contradiction between the absence or inefficacy of classes' management and students' pursuit of justice as well as equity. Secondly, the contradiction between classes' variety and the school's singleness. Thirdly, the contradiction between the so-called "main subjects" and "subsidiary subjects". Fourthly, the contradiction between the singleness of teaching methods in class and the variety of students' cognizance requirements. Fifthly, the contradiction between the singleness of teachers' teaching and the diversity of the individual student. Finally, the contradiction between the subjectiveness of evaluating students and the impersonalism of students' all-around as well as harmonious development. The above six disharmonies not only affect the long-term development of schools and classes' education and teaching, but also have a bad effect on the all- around and sustainable development. Based on fully studying the problems existing in classes' construction, this essay comes up with Countermeasures of constructing harmonious classes as follows. First of all, the construction of managing system in harmonious high school classes. Secondly, the research into evaluating methods of harmonious high school classes' management. Thirdly, the construction harmonious and exchanging teaching-learning activities together with other activities.Eventually, the construction of harmonious and internal education system------theharmony of interpersonal relationship as well as that of people and matter.
