Learning plan teaching mode of teaching is one of the more widely used teaching modes intoday’s society, which fully embodies the new curriculum teaching mode in the advocacy ofstudent-centered teaching, and has a large role in promoting students’ knowledge learning andcapacity development. Reviewing the studies of learning plan by scholars, the author found a lotof papers concerning about the learning plan, but rare paper concerning about the design oflearning plan, especially in the biological field. Taking the biology teaching materials of juniorhigh school as an example, this paper focused on the design of the biological learning plan ofjunior high school, aiming at perfect the existing research works.This paper can be divided into nine sections.The first section is putting forward questions. In this section, the author discusses thebackground and present situation of research as well as the purpose and significance of thepresent research.The second section is the defining of relevant concepts. In this sectioin, the concepts oflearning plan and learning plan design are defined. At the same time, the author makes acomparison of the learning plan and teaching plan to the question of some people are confusingthese two concepts.The third section is about the research methods. This research mainly adopts the methods ofthe literature analysis, interview and theory analysis. The auther looked through a large numberof papers, designed the learning plan of “Biological and Environmental”, took learning plan intopractice, and interviewed teachers and students.The fourth section are the idea and train of thought of learning design. Learning plan designcarries to the idea of learning to teach, that is, from the knowledge, ability and cognitiveconditions of students, determining teaching methods, strategies, and so on. This fundamentallyreflects the student-centered teaching ideas. The train of thought of learning plan design firstlyanalyses the situation of the students, then delves into teaching material, next collects relativeinformation, finally elaborates design case. The emphases of this design concept is to grasping the situation of the students, and to designing the most suitable learning plan for students fromthe perspective of students after studying the teaching material and collecting information,.The fifth section is to learning the basis of a learning plan design. The author discussedfrom four parts: the theoretical basis, students’ information, subject characteristics, curriculumstandards and textbooks.The sixth section is about the learning plan design principles. The author made fiveprinciples of learning plan design through consulting a large number of papers, namely, thesubjectivity principle, level principle, troubling principle, the principle of openness, the zeteticprinciple.The seventh section is about the designing of learning plan structure and typical example.The author designed the complete learning plan structure by reference to the researchers’experience and a lot of literatures, and thoroughly analysis each part of learning plan. Then theauthor selected the “biology and environment” of Jinan biological version of junior high schoolto make a specific learning plan design about this content module, and applicated it into practicalteaching.The eighth section is about the practice research and result analysis.This part discusses theresults and gives a detailed analysis of the results.The ninth section is conclusion,containing the conclusions,insufficient and expectation ofthis research.The conclusion of this research is that designing a higt quality learning plan requires fiveaspects:first one is to unswervingly follows the concept of learning plan design based on the ideaof learning to teach,fully embodies the student main body status;second is to carry out theorybasis of learning plan design,providing strong support for the study case;third is the key to graspthe subject characteristics,embodies discipline connotation;fourth,delving into curriculumstandard and textbooks;fifth is to follow the principles of science in design.
