Cui Yunhuo,the director of the Institute of curriculum and instruction of East China Normal University,advance a new theory in 2013,named Learning Plan,a new way of teaching and learning.The Learning Plan is different from Lesson Plan and Learning Guide,it's a kind of plan to design the learning process according to the perspective of students learning needs,with more emphasis on students' position.This study is based on the previous theoretical analysis and framework design of the Learning Plan.In this study,I select two chapters to do the research about Learning Plan Practicing,one is The Mode Of Transmembrane Transport Of Substances and the other is The Energy"Currency" Of Cells----ATP by use classroom observation and action research to do the research about three aspects of the preparation design,application practice and evaluation feedback of the Learning Plan.In order to improve the students'autonomous learning ability,and to provide a variety of teaching model reference for front-line teachers.A complete Learning Plan contains six elements,which should be designed according to the principles of curriculum standards,student-oriented,problem-oriented and evaluation-oriented.On the basis of the above principles,the data were collected by means of "before class:Teachers compiling academic records?classroom:students using academic records,teachers assisting instruction?after class:students organizing their learning records,teachers analyzing the use of the situation".The research results show that,from the perspective of the degree of completion of the Learning Plan,the Learning Plan teaching of the two cases can be carried out smoothly,and the number of high-quality completion of the second case is significantly higher than that of the first case,which shows that students have a strong ability to accept this teaching mode and a high degree of acceptance.From the perspective of the correct rate of exercises,the class teaching the academic degree case is no less than the traditional explanation teaching in the level of correct rate of exercises.From the reflection after learning,it is found that students are not good at answering open-ended questions,and lack the consciousness of self induction knowledge as a whole.According to the results of classroom observation,in the case of Learning Plan,the ratio of indirect influence and direct influence exerted by teachers is balanced,which can give full play to the advantages of indirect influence to stimulate students' learning motivation and direct influence to improve classroom efficiency.In addition,the most frequent teacher' s speech is asking questions,which shows that the Learning Plan conforms to the 'guidance,not indoctrination" advocated by modern education theory.More than 70%of the time is left for students in the Learning Plan,which gives full play to the main position of students and allows students to have enough time to think,so as to avoid the superficial false learning that happens passively following the rhythm of teachers.From the perspective of the investigation and interview records,the Learning Plan is new for teachers and students.From the perspective of teachers,the advantages of the Learning Plan are:?refine and show the learning process,build a ladder for knowledge acquisition;?increase the thinking time of students,and give full play to the dominant position of students.The disadvantages are:expending energy and increasing teachers'workload.From the student' s point of view,the advantages of the Learning Plan are:clear learning content,clear learning process,and effective exercises after class.The disadvantages are:a large number of text materials cause some students reading difficulties.Based on the results of the study,the following conclusions are drawn:?the compilation of the Learning Plan is "one job,gain more";?the teaching of the Learning Plan is "multi pronged";? the implementation of the Learning Plan is "layered design".
