The reform of school education from the teachers to start improving the overall qualityof the teachers is a measure of the success of the reform is one important indicator. What thekey to the success of the school physical education, also depends on the quality of thephysical education teachers. Special education is an important component of China’seducation structure of the input into the CPC Central Committee on Special Education isgradually increased in recent years, on the road to development of special education, teacherquality level of ability, it is a key factor affecting their development. Special school physicaleducation teachers not only responsible for the important task of physical exercise, but alsoshoulder the important task of recovery student body functions, special education schoolsstudents can learn how to take care of themselves and better able to adapt, integration intosocial life, special schools physical education teachers play here a vital role. Effectivepost-education for physical education teachers is the best solution for the sustainableimprovement of the quality of physical education teachers in the new century. Interpretationon Present Situation of vocational education, and recognizing its problems of educationcarried out in the future post of great significance.The use of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and otherresearch methods, educational status quo Dalian City special education school sports teacherspost investigation and analysis, mainly to understand the current of the existence of theproblem, and solve problem approach.
