Content abstract:a new round of basic education course reform to change the past high school chemistry classroom single, passive, old way of learning, advocating autonomy, cooperation, explore learning style, and the group cooperation study is one of the important learning methods advocated by the curriculum reform. Group cooperative learning can realize complementary advantages, promote the knowledge construction, give each student to create opportunities for active participation in the learning process, to give full play to the students’ subjectivity, initiative and enthusiasm, promote the development of students’ personality, to ensure that the subject status of students, greatly improved the efficiency of the classroom; To cultivate students’ self-study ability, cooperation consciousness, innovation spirit and practice ability. It can make students all participate in the learning process, all get the opportunity to exercise and learn in the process of learning and exercise experience happy, fall in love with learning."Grouping cooperation" are presented in this paper the application of teaching mode in high school chemistry learning are expounded and discussed, in the teaching of "group cooperation", the theoretical basis of the characteristics of "group cooperation" teaching theory research and "group teaching" teaching pattern of specific operation steps such as the teaching practice, through the transformation idea, the transformation role between teachers and students, build up the idea of take the student as this, to promote students’ autonomous learning, cooperative inquiry, arouse students’ interest in learning, excavate the potential of each of the students, thus improve the effect of classroom teaching.In teaching practice, the selection of two science major work class, were divided into experimental class and that in comparative classes, and a small range of experiments, through the phase test scores and "student on group cooperative learning satisfaction questionnaire" as a result analysis, found that on the whole "grouping cooperation" teaching methods for improving students’ grades, has obtained the ideal teaching effect.
