Over the years, since theories of school management have been monopolizedby the scientific concept of positivism and natural sciences, there exists aphenomenon that the feelings of the students and their managers are neglected, valuesare abandoned and students are supervised rather than managed. People’s needs havebeen ignored, but the needs of economics have been valued. Students and managershave been brought into the system of utilitarian value. Bureaucratic organization hasmade the conflict between students and managers, and the conflict betweenbasic-level leadership and upper more serious. In view of this phenomenon,Greenfield School has raised the theory of humanistic educational management.According to this theory and the writer’s own experiences, this paper will analyze thevalue of students’ management, organization, goal recognition, staff quality, management alienation, and campus culture. It also raises some new views that toemphasize the humanistic value. We should focus on humanism, take the students’development as the goal, take unenforceable measures, lay stress on equality anddemocracy, and pay more attention to the communication between students andteachers. This may be advantageously used in guiding the construction of harmoniouscampus, beneficial for more reasonable students’ management, for developingmanagers’ subjective activity, for students’ full development, and for strengtheningthe actual effect of ideological and political education.
