Management Model Based On The Harmonious Management Of Poor Students Study

A harmonious society is a particular social goal in the new century and newstage. Harmonious Campus plays an important role in the harmonious society, andhave become Chinese Education's keywords. But with the expansion of highereducation enrollment and tuition increasing yearly, Impoverished CollegeStudents become an important component as informal groups of college students.The groups affected by various factors, in addition to the common features withordinary students, often have their personality characteristics, such as, poorphysical and high psychological pressure, and the ability to adapt to societyis not strong enough. If these problems aren't received reasonable guidance andmanagement, Impoverished College Students will not only impede their growth anddevelopment, but also affect the whole group's progress and harmonious campusbuilding, but there are some shortcomings at the organizational structure,related systems, funding formula and other areas. Caring for Impoverished CollegeStudents group is one of the important tasks of building a harmonious campus atthe new century.1980s of the 20th century, the HeXie management theory thinks that: simpleand effective solution to the management problems can not be attributed to asubjective feelings into objective or scientific aspects, in other words,management must abide by two rules, optimization solution with the objectivescientific aspects, subjective feelings with the uncertainty from and try toensure that both organically integrated, interaction, achieve overallconsistency and higher performance. The former management called "Xie", thelatter management called "He", the organic integration and interaction will be"HeXie." The theory and further improvement provide the management ofImpoverished College Students to an effective way. I learned the ideologicalessence, that is the amity spirit and harmonic system. On this background pursuitthe unity of spiritual values and tool values.This study used literature, interpretation and case research methods, basedon the "problem" of the impoverished college students and the poor management,through the deductive reasoning of the HeXie management theory to solve disharmonyproblems. Through integrity education to strengthen their moral sense;establishing harmonious relationships to improve their ability to adapt tosociety; strengthening humanistic care to guide them contribute to the communityactively; Optimization of the organizational structure to implement theircounseling; improving related systems and reasonable arrangements for theirprocess of management; carried out Group Counseling to improve theirpsychological counseling efficiency and effectiveness. Finally I build a HeXiemanagement of the corresponding model and try to display out the application ofthis theory as the form of a simple map.
