| With the improvement of China’s international status, more and more foreigners start tolearn Chinese, in which overseas Chinese occupy a great proportion, while Indonesian overseasChinese rank first in the world. At present, Chinese schools are an indispensable part of theIndonesia education system. It has set off a new upsurge of learning Chinese among the wholecountry. Meanwhile, different problems has occurred, including teaching effect which is notstriking in Indonesia. At present, the author found that less scholars concern Indonesian Chinesechildren.As the research object to the Indonesian Chinese children, based on the special experimentsand long-term investigation results, this essay is to find out the difficulties of the objects inreading and writing Chinese characters. After the test of reading, we found it is easy to appearthe zero reaction when students read those Chinese characters with low repetition rate,complicated structure and the long acquisition time. Students often misread the homographcharacters, phonogram characters, the characters with difficult initials and finals and the commonwords. The test results from the writing shows that the stroke bias rate is high the objects. Theclassification of the miswritten characters can be classified as bias in strokes, components biasand the entire characters bias. Combined the reading and writing tests and related theories, thisessay proposes teaching strategies, respectively are: adhere to the mutual way o f "Characterstandard" and "word standard"; be cognitive first and writing later, adhere to "separating therecognition and writing "; adhere to the teaching sequence of "entire characters-component-stroke-entire characters"; step out a way of the interesting Chinese characters teaching. |
