Teaching quality is the core of education. The vocational school should put the teachingquality to the first place due to competition. Lang fang GJX School is a reputative school inNorth area of China, which has a certain influence, in some degree, it shows the current situationof vacational school’s teaching quality. In order to improve the teaching quality of vocationalschool, this thesis set an example of Lang fang GJX School based on marketing managementtheory. The thesis focuses on the analysis of teaching quality and found the existing problems,and the improved suggestions have been put forward to improve satisfactory of teaching qualityand competitiveness of school.At present, the real teaching problems cannot always been figured out, the paper adoptdifferent perspective, treating education as service, and treating students as “customers”, meetthe students’ requirement when elevating teaching quality,therefore, the paper has not onlytheatrical meaning but also practical meaning.The questionnaire is designed carefully according to customer satisfaction index system,other kinds of school’s questionnaires, and the special features of vocational school itself. Thepaper studies the different teaching satisfactory by several aspects like curriculums, theatricalteaching, practical teaching, teacher, teaching facilities and teaching management on studentswho have different characteristics such as sex, age, studying background and professions. Thestudying result has been approved by SPSS19.0through descriptive statistical analysis.
