Private kindergarten plays an important part in our preschool institutions. In recent years,the vigorous development of our preschool education promotes private kindergarten into thefast lane. Because of private kindergarten teachers in high wastage rate that makes thelong-term instability of the kindergarten. It also affects the enhancement of the quality ofeducation in private kindergarten. The issue about the quality of education has been concernwidespread. However, the degree of professional development for private preschool teachersis directly related to the quality of education in private kindergarten. Teacher incentives as animportant means of organization and management, managers should be based on the needs ofpreschool teachers to expand the scientific incentives, there will be of great significance andvalue to enhance the level of preschool teachers’ professional development, and promote thedevelopment of private kindergarten continuously and healthily.In this study, three private kindergartens in Changchun were chosen as examples. Itconducted interviews of three private kindergarten directors as well as twenty-eight teachers,and the interview outline is self-designed. At the same time, it conducted an observation inthree private kindergartens respectively. On the basis of these investigations, this studyanalyzes the private teachers’ needs for incentive, motivational strategies in the privatekindergarten. The purpose is to understand the status of the encouraging teachers in privatekindergarten, analyze the existing problems and the affecting factors, and as the basis for theproposal to improve the encouraging teachers in the private kindergarten. Ultimately, it willpromote the common development of the private kindergarten and teachers.This research mainly divided into five parts:Part I: The problem put forward. Mainly includes the research background, the researchsignificance and literature review.Part II: The study design. Mainly expounds the research purpose and research methods,introduce and analyze the basic situation of the research object.Part III: Status of the encouraging teachers in private kindergarten. On the basis ofinterviews and observation, this part analyzes the private teachers’ needs for incentive,motivational strategies in the private kindergartenPart IV: Problems in the encouraging teachers in private kindergarten and the affectingfactors. This part expands specific analysis of the shortcomings and defects currently that arebased on the status of the encouraging teachers in private kindergarten.Part V: The recommendations for the encouraging teachers in private kindergarten. Thispart proposes reasonable suggestions for improvements and enhancements that are based onthe analysis of the status and problems.
