The traditional teaching of geography focus only on imparting knowledge to students, to ignore the students’ of geographic thinking ability and emotional training, does not meet the requirements of modern geographical education of personnel training is imperative to change the mode of teaching in the teaching process. Explore the learning styles of students uphold the scientific attitude, use of scientific methods, the process of learning to take the initiative, a higher efficiency to provide a new way for learning geography. This paper focuses on the effective implementation of human relations teaching of geography teaching inquiry-based learning method to expand, based on the study at home and abroad, from the ground inquiry learning basic connotation, literature review, research and analysis and integration of the following aspects to the relationship between people and land teaching explore the rational use of learning styles.First, in the introduction, inquiry learning and teaching status quo of the relationship between people and land a brief analysis, based on the lack of application of learning styles to explore the teaching of the man-land relationship proposed research contents and significance. Second, analysis of inquiry learning and man-land relationship connotation, summarized the basic characteristics of inquiry-based learning, the basic principles in the implementation process, the basis for the implementation of inquiry-based learning. Third, inquiry-based learning characteristics,combined with geography class standard requirements, geographic objectives of the inquiry to determine the knowledge and skills, the three dimensions of the process and methods and attitudes and values. Combined with harmony theory of clear geographical inquiry-based learning in the teaching of man-land relationship. Explore guide students to explore the interaction between the "people", clearly targeting inquiry, to give students explore strategic guidance, to build the geographical inquiry learning general model.
