The Research Of Physics Problem Solving Of Senior High School Based On The Mind Map

The new curriculum reform has made it clear that we should change our curriculum implementation from emphasizing on receptive learning, and mechanical training to active participating, willing to explore, developing the ability of collecting and processing information, acquiring new knowledge, analyzing and solving problem, as well as exchanging and cooperation. At the same time, the development of visualization technology has brought new shocks to education, for which the brain science has provided a psychological basis.This research hopes to enrich the theory of physics teaching in middle school and expand the teaching practice of educators.As a tool for the characterization of thinking, mind mapping can promote the further development of thinking as well. Firstly, this research analyzed the thinking process of Physics Problem Solving with the theory of cognitive psychology, and then demonstrated the function of mind mapping in creating problems, problem representation, strategy selection and creating a new schema.The teaching of Physics Problem Solving emphasizes on creating the problem situations, internal logical relationships between problems making the students to experience the constructing process of science in the class. Mind mapping is not only a tool for problem-solving teaching, but also reflects a certain amount of teaching philosophy. The teaching on physics problem solving,which is based on mind mapping, emphasized:guiding students to find questions through the situations; encouraging students to boldly conjecture; establishing the harmonious atmosphere between teachers and students in class; developing inquiry learning in groups.
