Early childhood education in recent years, increasingly brought to the attention of the state and society, laid the important quality foundation for the development of individual and early childhood teachers play an important role in early childhood education. In the preschool teachers’specialization is higher and higher requirements of social background, Requirements for preschool teachers is becoming more and more strict, only have good competence characteristics of preschool teachers can better finish their work. The competence of preschool teacher is the individual characteristics belong to the preschool teacher which can effectively or well to finish the job, potential characteristics, is preschool teachers’implementation. Through to the preschool teachers competency assessment, can understand the status of the preschool teachers are qualified for. Different researchers carried out the research for preschool teachers’competence, but mainly concentrated to develop the construction stage model and the questionnaire. The main factors affecting the competency are not in-depth analysis. And in ethnic minority areas of preschool teachers’competency study does not carry out.This article selects in the city of Yanji Korean and the Han nationality preschool teachers as the research object. Mainly adopts literature method, survey method, and statistical analysis method, to understand the status of the Yanji Korean preschool teachers’competency, based on the results of the survey to explore its influencing factors, put forward to improve Korean preschool teachers’competency of rationalization proposal.Through analysis of the survey results there are the following conclusions.1. Korean nationality preschool teachers competency levels mean value is3.29, but compared with the han nationality preschool teachers is low. In Korean nationality preschool teachers competence level of each dimension, the attitude, the highest level professional knowledge level is at the bottom, psychological traits, motivation and education levels were two, three, four. Now Korean nationality preschool teacher’s competency level is general, not a good fit for preschool teachers as an occupation.2. Senior phase of the Korean nationality preschool teachers competency levels mean value is3.36, in the competent state of preschool teachers have10people, at different degree level, bachelor’s degree level of preschool teachers competency levels mean value is3.46, in the competent state of preschool teachers have11people, on the kindergarten types, Korean public kindergarten preschool teachers competency levels mean value is3.45, at a high competent level of Korean nationality preschool teachers have11people, three groups are all in the competent state.3. Pre-service training factors positively related to the competency levels are low which has a significant influence on competency level. The curriculum’s influence on the education ability level is larger; Training form has no significant influence for competence level and the competence level of each dimension, but has significant influence for communication and coordination, motivation and evaluation, sense of responsibility of the three dimensions.4. Post training factors positively related to the competency levels are high which has a significant influence on competency level. Training content has a greater influence on the ability of education level and professional knowledge level. Training form has a larger impact on professional knowledge level,5. Kindergarten environment factors have moderate positive correlation to the competence level which has a significant effect on level of competency. Material level has a significant impact on each competency dimensions. The leadership style of the director negatively related to the competency levels is low which small effect on competency level. Rules and regulations have a significant impact on the competence level and each dimension which has greater influence on the motivation level. Teacher culture’s influence on the attitude level is bigger.Through the conclusion put forward the following Suggestions:1. To improve pre-service education, on the basis of guarantee the quality of training level of ascension;2. Strengthening post-career training, thus forming the integration of pre-service post-career training, enhance the level of competency;3. Attach great importance to the kindergarten environment construction and optimization.
