With the rapid development of social economy,the level of national income has been greatly raised,the awareness of family education is constantly improving,preschool education has become more and more important.However,because of the insufficient financial investment in preschool education and the low proportion of government share,it is hard for children to enter a kindergarten.A large number of private kindergartens have established.From January,2016,implementation of the universal two-child policy will influence the education as a part of social public service system construction,especially preschool education,which is the basic stage of school education system.In the new era of internet with information and knowledge’ explosion,the competition between enterprises is the competition for talents.The key human resource is the preschool teachers,which play a important role in industrial competition and public praise.As the leader of private education market in Changchun,Baby Preschool Education Group is in a critical period of rapid development today.And ensuring the high quality preschool teacher resource is the key link to break through the development bottleneck of the group.How to improve the overall quality and professional skills of the teachers of the group completely and how to build a scientific and effective preschool teachers’ training system become the crucial problem that the group is facing and needs to solve immediately.In order to build a Baby Preschool Education Group preschool teacher’s training system,which is systematic,scientific,effective and consistent with characteristics of the group.According to the related theory of competency,competency model and training system,taking the preschool teacher of the group as the main study object,through a deep understanding of the background of Baby Preschool Education Group and the current situation of preschool teachers’ training,this article which focuses on the problems of the training work of Baby Preschool Education Group’ teachers,concluding the lack of training needs research,monotonous training content and methods and the short of the key links of training results transformation and evaluation,builds a Baby Preschool Education Group preschool teacher’s training system by using the literature analysis and interview method.After comparing the current competency of the preschool teachers and competency model and analyzing the disparity of the result,it is concluded that the preschool teachers of Baby Preschool Education Group are deficient in five competency dimension,such as infectivity.This paper will take this as the main basis for training needs,and the high-level interview records from the strategic perspective of the group and the training needs questionnaire from the teachers as the secondary basis to establish training system.In order to achieve better training effect,this article designs the corresponding training course and adopts diversified and innovative training methods.In order to put the training into work,to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness and the return rate of training,to provide guidance for the next preschool teachers’ training work,the article describes the method of training results transformation and training effect evaluation and finally establish a complete Baby Preschool Education Group preschool teacher’s training system.It plays an important auxiliary role to build a preschool teachers’ training system of Baby Preschool Education Group according to competency mode,which has certain realistic meaning in the preschool teachers’ training in the preschool industry. |
