With the development of the society and the progress of The Times,teachers' teaching competence has also started to transform into the direction of teacher education informatization.Teachers' teaching competence is a very good teacher whether to complete the teaching mission of a key indicator,is a direct impact on the quality of teaching factors,therefore,teachers' teaching competency research need and the common progress of The Times,and informationalization.Early childhood education,as education is a hot topic,has been in the stage of exploring,and as the main factors influencing the quality of preschool teachers' teaching: teaching competence of preschool teachers,are also gradually attention by scholars and research.Small preschool teachers' age,the way of education informatization is compared to other levels of teachers are easy to grasp,and thus WeChat fashionable whole world this software is suitable for preschool teachers' competency of auxiliary research,effective use of WeChat software functions,to promote teachers' teaching competency information age provides a good platform,with the perfect combination of preschool teachers' teaching competence,based on WeChat promote preschool teachers' teaching competence strategy,implement and verify its effect.Through the literature analysis,it is found that the discussion about the teaching competence of preschool teachers is still in the exploration and exploration stage.Using WeChat software to improve the teaching competence of preschool teachers,and to expand the research methods of teachers' teaching competence,and enrich the research examples of teachers' teaching competence.In this article,through combing the preschool teachers' competency research results at home and abroad and the competency model,using the method of questionnaire investigation and behavioral event interview analysis of current status of preschool teachers' teaching competence,from the Angle of information education,using the different functions of WeChat design fits a pattern of preschool teachers' learning,and for preschool teachers' teaching competence promotion strategy is put forward.This study is divided into five chapters altogether,chapter one is the introduction,the main content is to this article analyzes the problems need to study and put forward,according to the research question put forward the research significance,the research purpose and research content and method.The second chapter is for the research question,proposed the related three important concepts: micro letter,competence,teaching competence,and play a supporting role to this research related theory to make analysis and elaboration.The third chapter is on the research on the investigation and research design,investigated the research of preschool teachers' teaching competency level status,designed based on WeChat promote preschool teachers' teaching competency model.The fourth chapter is based on the theoretical model design to improve the teaching competence of preschool teachers,and to study the implementation and effect analysis of the research teachers.The fifth chapter is the summary of this research,summarizes the research results and shortcomings,and prospects for future research.
