The high quality innovation and entrepreneurship play an extremely important role in the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and building the innovative country, well-off society and the socialist modernization. The construction of the innovative power and practice of our country and opening up the innovation upsurge since reform have fully proved the extreme importance of cultivating a large number of high-quality creative and pioneering talents. High schools carry an important task of creating training a large number of high-quality and pioneering talents, which improves the ability of independent innovation and builds an innovative nation important strength. It is not only cultivate a large number of high-quality creative and pioneering talented person’s effective way by further developing the students in business education, also it is an important content of the further development of ideological and political education for college students. It is an organic combination of product of entrepreneurship education mode, which is combining the students in business education theory and practice. It plays an important role in promoting the students in business education scientific, standardized and electron particle materialization.Literature search results showed the universities of the United States started relatively early of the implement education work, and it has accumulated abundant experience of business education, and it formed many effective university student’s pioneering work education modes and cultivates a number of high quality innovation and entrepreneurship students. But university in our country starts later in entrepreneurship education, although many universities obtained some good results in constructing the students in entrepreneurship education it is still far from the requirements for cultivating a large number of high-quality and creative persons. Therefore, it is extremely important and necessary to research the comparative study on college students’ entrepreneurship education models between China and America further with the successful experiences in entrepreneurship education in college students’of America and combing the actual situation of students’ entrepreneurship education in our country, it will construct students’entrepreneurial education mode and provide reference opinions for college students’entrepreneurship education.This article explores the concept, content, characteristic and the education mode of the concept, elements and functions from the students’entrepreneurship education. On this basis, comparatively analyzing the two aspects, including theoretical exploration course and practice course between Chinese and American college students’entrepreneurial education development,then from the target, idea, procedures, conditions, evaluation of five dimensions between Chinese and American college students’entrepreneurial education model for further comparative analysis, so as to found and pointed out that the weak link in constructing the students in business education pattern of our country; Finally, according to the weak link in constructing the students in entrepreneurial education pattern of our country, drawing lessons from the United States in constructing the students in entrepreneurial education pattern aspect beneficial experience, it concludes that the perfect our country’s college students’venture education model of five enlightenments. There are five enlightenments. Firstly to update venture education idea, including knowledge guide idea and practice for this concept, scientific incubation concept and system optimization idea; Secondly we need to optimize entrepreneurship curriculum system, including theory course system and the practical course system; Thirdly, we will improve the entrepreneurship education institutions, including the education leadership team, theoretical research organization, teaching management institutions and fund management institution; The fourth is to improve entrepreneurship education conditions, including entrepreneurial faculty, entrepreneurship practice base, entrepreneurial culture atmosphere and the social support system; the fifth is entrepreneurship education evaluation, including school evaluation, enterprise evaluation and social evaluation and government evaluation.
