The independent institute is the effective strength of the process of popularization and new front army ofthe higher education in China. In recent years, much progress has been made in the Independent Collegedevelopment and progress for the country contributes positively to the realization of the popularization ofhigher education. But at the same time, there are also many problems in the development of IndependentColleges, particularly due to lack of accumulation of running, high level teachers clearly insufficient,influence to further enhance the quality of education. Currently, considering form from the accumulation,quality and efficiency, the independent colleges wildly employ teachers from universities and enterprises tosolve the problem. External teachers flexibly carry the teaching of foundational course, specialized courseand practical course. However, because the external teachers often take a lot of work, and have no moreenergy for students in Independent Colleges to enhance the research of teaching content and teachingmethods. It is difficult to follow the training objectives of Independent Colleges teaching, ensuring thequality of education. And in the specific teaching process, owing to lack of teachers binding on theorganization relationship, there is the phenomenon of preparing the lesson less serious enough orinadequate, insufficient classroom management, order confusing, suspension and transfer of course and soon. If you let this situation continue, it will be difficult to stabilize the order of teaching and to ensure thequality of teaching and Independent College potential will be in trouble. To that end, Independent Collegesmust follow the reality and take measures to strengthen the management of the external teachers andimprove the teaching quality of education.This paper takes the present situation of teacher’s management of Agriculture University Science andTechnology College as a starting point. By the summary of student evaluation of Teaching data andanalysis, design, organize of the questionnaire, it explores the existing problems and causes of XinjiangAgricultural University Institute of Science and Technology in the management of the external teachers andpropose appropriate measures in view of the above analysis of the result.
