Flow Changsha Society Over The Past Decade Under The Social Transformation

Social mobility refers to the change of people’s status and position. It includes two aspects, one is the individual or group in the social stratification structure, the other one is the change of location and geography location in space structure, but in sociology, it pays more attention to research the change of social status. It is a measure of a country or region social development and modernization level, and judging a country or region social opening degree and the social equity. It also has very closely relationship with the social transformation; social structure and social stratification. A fair, open, modern society is bound to have a fair, reasonable and fair social mobility mechanism.In nearly a decade of Changsha economic reform, system innovation, industrialization. mercerization, urbanization and rapid development of ten years, has achieved all-round development of social economy, to accumulate wealth, constantly improve of people’s living standard. Most people have own their development opportunities in the process of social development, many people have changed their social status, and social mobility has increased.From this paper, we can see that Changsha social hierarchy begin to transfrom from "Pyramid" to "Onion" with the development of economy and society, the underclass being reduced significantly while the intermediate stratum being expanded in a certain degree. The most prominent manifestations is that the rural population gathers continuously to the cities. and the ration of the commercial servicers rise up obviously. Although the social mobility frequency have been enhanced, the social openness have been improved. and the choice of employment have been more and more free, there appears many manifestations such as the unbalanced development between the urban and the rural, the increasing social polarization, the widening gap between the poor and the rich, the uneven distribution of social resources and so on, which are not conducive to the social mobility and social development.How to solve in the process of economic development lead to the phenomenon of social injustice, promote the modern social structure, social development and economic development synchronization, overcome all sorts of institutional constraints, the transformation of society form the modern social mobility mechanism is this article tries to solve the problem.
