The Perspective Of Social Mobility Research University Students’ Employment Problem

A basic feature of contemporary Chinese society is the social transformation, social transformation brings new changes in the social mobility and social stratification, reasonable social mobility to enhance the vitality of society, accelerate the social transformation is of great significance. But, due to the unbalanced social development during the period of transition, the unidirectional, spontaneity, our country social mobility group, out of control situation is outstanding, all this directly led to the employment of the new changes of the situation. How to better cope with the changes, do a good job in university students’ employment has become the focus of the society from all walks of life. In this paper, in the perspective of social mobility analysis of university students’ employment problem, from the following aspects were discussed, in order to provide theoretical reference for university students’ employment problem.When Marx deals with problems of social stratification, mainly expounds the class hierarchy. Class stratification is based on economic factors. On college students’ employment of a series of positive effect and negative effect, from the aspects of social mobility affects college students’ employment change the status quo and existing problems, analyzes the college students’ employment is focused on college students are faced with the employment situation in our country and the social mobility factors influencing university students’ employment. Exploration method, from the aspects of macroscopic way and microcosmic way to build the social mobility of the benign mechanism to solve the problem of university students’ employment difficulties.
