The personnel training is a long process,moral quality is an important component of talent.In the process of teaching,the school is one of the main position of moral culture,the school in the ideological and moral education,what are the problems,what problems exist,this is we need to think about.The society is developing and changing,people’s thinking habits,values and moral standards of society are gradually changing,junior high school students learning,living environment has become more complex.Therefore,the ideological and moral course in junior middle school should also make some adjustments in the content and methods to adapt to these changes,so as to better play its role. So how to enhance the effectiveness of the moral lesson in junior middle school thought?This is an important issue we can not be avoided.For a long time ago, people also continued efforts and explore about the theory and practice in this area, and get more efforts. Based on the first secondary school in Fuzhou, the third secondary and secondary research and access to relevant information, to deal with junior high ideological of the moral education issue.But on the teaching methods, lack of novelty, students feel boring, coupled with the teachers’ quality is uneven and unstable, assessment standards is not perfect. The main reasons for these problems: Firstly, the school is not enough emphasis on this course, the level of the instructor needs to have a stage to improve students’ moral lesson and practice activities, weakening of the moral lesson, including the social environment, family environment. For these reasons, you should take the following practical measures:secondary school moral education course in education to create a good atmosphere, attaches great importance to the quality of teaching of ideological and moral lesson; ideological and moral lessons of reform and junior high school teaching methods, innovative ideas and moral lesson teaching form; junior high school thinking moral lesson in conjunction with the social development and the students’ actual; improve the quality of more education teachers and improve the examination standards and so on. Through these channels, and constantly enhance the effectiveness of the junior moral education, to trainning qualified successor for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
