As the current situation requires much more for school moraleducation, it's especially significant to construct a high quality moraleducator team in order to meet the demand of the modern education. Thisdissertation discusses the importance of construction of moral educatorteam in middle school, the current situation and problem of the team, andalso analyzes the cause and the solution of the problems.Moral educator team in middle school is of great significance andfunction. It's the principal part of moral education. It ensures thecarrying-out of the moral education in middle school. It also helps hit thetarget of the national moral education. It bridges the carrying-out of thenational education policy. It motivates and directs the students' moraldevelopment. Moral educator team construction meets the need offurthering the current Chinese quality education and it also helps thestudents develop fully. It is essential to enhance the moral educator teamconstruction in order to solve the exiting problems in moral education.Therefore, Chinese government attaches great importance to moraleducator team construction.The current situation: The education departments of all levels andschools attach great importance to moral educator team in middle school;the quality efficiency of the moral education team is increasing. However,there still exits some problems, such as: moral education consciousnesscomparatively lags behind the new current situation of moral education;themoral education method is backward;moral educators should improve theirown quality;moral educators are lack of further study on the subject;theassessment of the students are not scientific;moral educators don't makefull use of the moral education resources;moral educators are not positivein practice, etc. All these mentioned above has seriously affected thecarrying-out of moral education.In order to solve the questions mentioned above, we should reinforcethe construction of moral educator team in middle school. We can do thejob in the follow ways:Choosing the appropriate moral educators;trainingthe team systematically;keeping moral education conscious;improvingmethodology;conducting research of subjects on moral education;settingup scientific assessing system;making full use of all the resources thus toset up a moral education net which is a trinity of the school, family andsociety.To reinforce and improve school moral education is the demand ofthe development of the new century, the improvement of quality educationof all aspects and the promotion of the education innovation anddevelopment. At present, we should construct the moral education team.We should increasingly improve the quality and level of the moraleducators. We should emphasize the effectiveness of the moral education toensure the innovation and development in education.
