At present, performance appraisal in vocational colleges is unsatisfactory and research on information system based on salary incentive mechanism is just on the primary stage. In order to optimize the human resources structure, promote educational reform in vocational colleges, complete all the construction tasks of model vocational college, realize the synchronized development of vocational colleges and its staff, we have to accelerate the specialized and informationized development of the staff, and stimulate the staff's initiative and improve educational standards and quality of operation.Therefore , this thesis takes research on information system of staff's performance appraisal in vocational college as its objective. It does systematical research on the background and significance of information system of performance appraisal, analyzes the present information management situation of performance appraisal , approaches the structural design of information system subject of performance appraisal in vocational college.Moreover, it analyses three stages of subject management on informationization of staff's performance appraisal, emphasizing on summary of performance appraisal information system; it analyses the characteristics of subject management on performance appraisal information system and five stages of subject execution, explaining in detail subject management process of performance appraisal information system; it analyses the decomposition texture of overall range tasks of subject management, emphasizing on graphical analysis on management of subject fund budget, fixed assets and tender invitation and discussion; it works out the approaches and countermeasures in conformity with subject management on informationization of staff's performance appraisal; it also does feasible case study on the subject of informationization of staff's performance appraisal in Sichuan Electromechanical Institute of Vocation and Technology (SCEMI).Finally, the thesis makes the conclusion and puts forward to some constructive opinions and suggestions.
