Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Humanism Quality Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the upgrading and adjustment of economy industrial structure, employercontinuously improve the quality requirements of the vocational graduates. Simple"skills-based" training model is clearly no longer meet the requirements of modern economicand social development, Improving the professionalism of graduates and humanityeducation,has become the important issues of education reform of higher vocational colleges.This article is based on the understanding of the humanistic quality education in highervocational colleges. On the basis of existing research, through literature analysis, interviewsand other research methods, explains the connotation of humanistic quality education invocational colleges, the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
