| The humanities-quality-oriented education is nowadays an important theoretical and practical issue during the development process of the higher vocational education reform in China.However,it has become the main current of the higher vocational education development to lay stress on internal development in personnel training by improving the quality of teaching.Nevertheless the higher vocational colleges have currently become lost on the wrong way in internal personnel training,for they have laid excessive emphasis on the "employment-oriented" personnel training goal.These colleges have failed to combine the humanities-quality-oriented education tightly with the vocational skills education,because they despised the humanities-quality-oriented education,in the process of personnel training,and they were lacking in rational thinking and planning on the humanities-quality-oriented education system.All of these made the higher vocational students with no higher quality.With the upgrading of industrial structure,the employers have made higher and higher request for the comprehensive quality of students,and the usual personnel training mode of tool-making can not meet the requirements any more obviously.Therefore now it is of great significance both in theory and in practice to enhance the research on the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges.The theme of this article is the present situation and counter measures of the humanities-quality-oriented education.Based on the carefully study of relevant documents and literature,the article relies on the theory of human capital in education economics and the theory of performance management in the science of human resource management.It focuses on the issue of higher vocational education in Dalian area and makes a good research on teachers and students in higher vocational colleges within this region.Finally it puts forward the" four dimensions " system of the humanities-quality-oriented education and some detail methods to bring about the system by analyzing the status in quo and problems.The article consists of five chapters.In chapter one,the article declares its purpose and significance by illustrating not only the current overall situation of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges in all the nation but also the vocational education environment in dalian.And then clears out its ideas,methods and characteristics of study by analysing research status on this issue at home and abroad.In chapter two,the article definites the elementary conception and intension related to the humanities-quality-oriented education.And then it tells its theory basis.Furthermore it illustrate the significance of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges.In chapter three,according to questionnaire and individual interview on teachers and students in 5 higher vocational colleges,the article makes clear the present situation of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges within Dalian area.In chapter four,the article presents the main current problems and their causes of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges in Dalin by futher summarizing the result of the investigation research.In chapter five,due to the status quo of the humanities-quality-oriented education in dalian,the article puts forward the counter measures to solve the problems by building the "four-dimension" education system.It also gives an explaination to the intension and element of the system in this chapter.Highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational education,it is the key point of this article to construct an education system in line with the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges in Dalin.To some extent,this article not only widens the effective ways to improve the progress of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges,but also plays a guiding role in the further development of the humanities-quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges in Dalin area. |
