At present, with the rapid development of economy in our country,society present a tendency of rising demand for applied talents, the importance of higher vocational education further enhanced, at the same time, the development of higher vocational colleges is facing more of possibility, the whole society will soon celebrate the golden age of vocational education. Facing the situation of the reform and development of higher education, higher vocational education has turned paying attention to students’ skill training into paying attention to the students’ humanistic quality cultivation and education and achieves the comprehensive development of students. At the same time, in the aspect of students’ humanities quality education, higher vocational colleges exposed many problems, which is an urgent need to further explore.The main research object of this paper is a local common vocational college in Henan, try to use literature study and investigation as the main research methods. This paper collects documents and materials, analysis all kinds of papers, and draws the related arguments and supports. At the same time, this paper analyzes the problems of students’ humanistic quality education existing in the higher vocational college, and then puts forward some suggestions.This paper concludes five parts.The first part is the introduction. It talks about the selected topic background research significance, research review and research methods and ideas.The second part relates to the concept and content of students’ humanities quality education in higher vocational colleges.The third part relates to the present situation and problems analysis students’ humanities quality education in higher vocational colleges. Through the statistics analysis, it finds out the problems and related reasons from the school level and students level.The fourth part is about the suggestions, which accords to the above problems, such as setting up the correct education ideas; improving the system, which guarantees students humanities quality education; Many measures, all-round work in students humanities quality education and etc.The fifth part is conclusion and discussion. This paper introduces the main research conclusions, expounds the relevant contributions and innovation points and discusses deficiencies and the possibility of further research.
