| China’s food safety environment is worrying for inexperienced and lack of food safety knowledge of primary and middle school students, this environment will cause serious harm to their health, and also for their healthy growth lay hidden dangers but as knowledge and learning the school pays little attention to the problem of the system of food safety education for primary and middle school students, so as to promote the health of the primary and secondary school students for the purpose of physical education and health curriculum is necessary to assume the responsibility of food safety education for primary and secondary students.In this paper, literature research, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, six primary and secondary school students in Nanjing on the mastery of knowledge of food safety as well as the school curriculum, especially in sports and health courses research in food safety knowledge, in order to understand the relevant content is included in the primary school students in Nanjing in the mastery of the knowledge of food safety as well as sports and health courses food safety problem to find the problems and propose appropriate countermeasures In order to improve the food safety knowledge and behavior of the primary and middle school students, the better protection of the health of primary school students to provide some useful reference. According to the survey results the following conclusions:①Nanjing primary concern about food safety knowledge is extremely high, has reached more than90%, and most students learn knowledge of food safety is very important to the actual life;②Students access to food school education as to impart to the student health knowledge in the way of safety knowledge came in the last one, indicating the schooling extreme lack of knowledge of food safety for primary and secondary students, especially secondary school education system, knowledge of food safety is blank;③With significantly higher grades, students receive the lower food safety knowledge awareness rate is lower than the pupils of the junior high school students knowledge of food safety.④Primary and middle school students said that the food safety knowledge into sports and health courses at its disposal the best88%of the students thought that the food safety knowledge into sports and health courses necessary to meet their needs.⑤Primary and middle school students that most need to be added to the food safety knowledge in physical education and health curriculum for the identification of the food, buy knowledge, food processing, processing knowledge, knowledge of food storage, processing, and human rights defenders knowledge of food poisoning. In addition, the implementation of food safety education for primary and secondary school physical education and health courses, I made the following recommendations: according to the different needs of various grades of food safety knowledge, food safety knowledge classification, hierarchical into various grades of teaching content and teaching objectives of student mastery requirements to ensure students’ mastery of knowledge;②School for the new knowledge of the health education curriculum, should be responsible for health education Sports before the start of the semester teachers ’knowledge of food safety training, food safety education and training of teachers qualified students;③Different grades according to the actual teaching reasonable arrangements for teaching hours;④Teaching rational use of a variety of teaching resources, in accordance with the level of students’ physical and mental development teaching situation, but also good at combining family and social education of students;(5)Tteaching content and methods should be flexible, take easily cause students interested in teaching and teaching evaluation methods should be treated differently. |
