Construction Of New Rural Sports Physical Culture

Culture construction is a development of education, science, literature and art, the news media, radio and television, healthy sports and other cultural activities, it is an important condition for the construction of material civilization, but also an important precondition of improving people’s political consciousness and moral level. In the backdrop of the construction of the new socialist countryside, for the study of the development of new rural area has become a hot spot and consensus. As an important part of rural life, rural sports are existing their significance and value, and plays a positive role in rural construction. To develop the new rural sports, we must carry out the embedded exploration from the culture. Based on this, this study chooses some districts and counties of Chongqing city village as the research object, with using the method of literature, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, interviews and other scientific methods and relating to the local rural sports culture were investigated, the investigation mainly starts from the following aspects:(1) The survey of the sports ground in rural areas:with implementing the plan of the "National Fitness Program" and "farmer sports fitness project", the rural basic sports venues and facilities construction progress continues to accelerate. Learned from the survey results, the development of the rural areas begins to show its preliminary achievements(2) Villagers to participate in physical exercise surveys for rural areas currently lack a deep understanding of physical fitness, in the slack time for sports participation is not high enough. For the villagers to participate in the survey that sports, traditional sports and more popular with the market, the emerging sports village project is gradually being accepted; For the villagers sports awareness survey found that rural villagers’ awareness of physical exercise in a contradiction period, they both understand the role and value of physical exercise, while for physical exercise and have conflicting emotions; physical exercise activities on rural organization and management survey:Currently in rural areas of sports organizers largely rural leaders, community sports instructor and Student Village, learned from the survey, social sports instructors as sports organizers and managers about the status of highlights; villagers to participate in the form of physical exercise, more is the neighborhood to participate:rural residents for sports development construction expectations survey from the survey results, sports participants want from the government or relevant social groups to increase knowledge about sports propaganda; enrichment activities to enhance the form and construction of sports facilities; increasing funding for sports activities in rural areas; strengthen technical guidance; improve organizational management, policies and regulations to protect and respect in recognition of outstanding elements such efforts.According to the development of sports culture construction in rural areas, the problems present situation that the construction of new rural sports and cultural needs from two aspects:(1) pay attention to the consciousness under the excitation of participation in sports:to strengthen the participation main body consciousness of sports, the most important way is the promotion of self-awareness, which currently rely on the rural villagers’ own conditions (education condition, life style and so on) to promote yourself is very difficult, which requires external conditions prompted the intervention of rural residents to change consciousness.
