At present, the annual output value of the world sports industry was about 500 billion, and the growth rate of about 20% per year, the total output value of the sports industry America 80’s over 60 billion in the middle of 90, the output value of more than 300billion; Australian sports industry annual output value reached 60billion-80 billion Australian dollars, accounting for 2.2% of GDP compared to Australia; Chinese, sports industry started relatively late, small scale, from 2007 to 2010, the total amount of Chinese sports economic growth year after year, respectively over the previous year growth of 16.05%, 16.17%, 16.21%, the proportion of the total value of domestic production of more than 0.53%, higher than the same period in the growth rate of GDP. Thus the degree of development of the sports industry of our country and the developed countries still a big gap.In this paper, in order to promote the development of sports industry and solve some problems in social sports instructor at this stage as the starting point, by means of quantitative analysis to find out the corresponding solution measures. To investigate the influence of social sports instructor on the development of sports industry, with the number of social sports instructors in the structure, the impact of building structure of social sports instructors, the number of social sports instructors on the participation in sports and sports industry development model, analysis of sports participation in the intermediary role between social sports instructor each dimension and the development of the sports industry, and the use of structural equation software AMOS7.0 to verify the.The conclusions of this study are:(1) the number of social sport instructors and residents’ sports participation has a positive effect on the sports industry development factors, including residents sports participation effect is greater than the number of social sport instructors.(2) the number of social sport instructors, instructors of social sports structure has a positive impact on residents participation in sports, social sports instructor quantity effect is greater than the structure of social sports instructor.(3) the residents sports participation plays a mediating role between social sports instructor each dimension and the development of sports industry.(4) community residents on the evaluation of social sports instructors in structure and quantity of the basic information is relatively low, indicating the relevant information on social sports instructor publicity intensity.The suggestions of this study are:(1) pay attention to the cultivation of social sports instructors. At the same time pay attention to raise the number of instructors to also focus on the quality of professional instructors and the quality of their own progress.(2) the management of social sports instructors.
