Hunan Province Sports Dancedeveiopment Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

The development level of sports dance in our country is quite low, which has a large gap comparing with that of advantage countries. Meanwhile, the start of Hunan in this area is very late, so the research on the status of development is rather rare. In order to promote the sports dance in our province, it is very necessary to take a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the current situation of the sports dance. Then, we should analyze the survey result in detail to find out the restricting factors for the development of sports dance in our province, which is significant to put forward reform measures and countermeasures suitable for the actual situation of the Hunan province.To take in the current sports dance situation in Hunan province, we should analyze the teaching and training situation in middle schools, universities, social organizations and fitness centers to dissect the reasons and find out effective ways towards the development of this project. This paper applied the empirical research, expert interview method, and literature data method, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics. Through the investigation and statistic analysis towards some targets,(such as Yali high school, Changjun high school, The No.14middle school of Changsha, the training institutions for children’s sports dance in Hunan province, Hunan Normal University, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan Agricultural University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, the large fitness squares, the miracle fitness club, pioneer vigor health club, champion fitness club, power port fitness club.) this paper explores the development of appropriate countermeasures based on the statistic analysis and status of development in Hunan province. The result of the study shows that the main orientations of the development of sports dance in Hunan province are as follows:1. In middle schools, the teaching items in physical teaching is still dominated by traditional sports. Limited attention is paid to the introduction and teaching. The equipment of dance site isn’t completed. There isn’t any teaching plan for the sports dance. The teaching and activities are at liberty.2. Among these training institutions (schools) of sports dance, the teaching content is not standard, there is no unified teaching plan, children’ culture study is inconsistent with their dance special training, few students would take participate in the competition or grade examination. The average age of all teachers is low. The non-professional teachers and teachers who serve as part time job ones is in the majority. 3. In universities, the sports dance as a curriculum isn’t popularized enough. The qualified teachers and professional teachers are scarce. The average quality of teachers is unsubstantial. There is no unified and standard sports dance teaching material. The funding used for this part is inadequate. The teaching facilities are not full equipped. The publicity for sports dance is not powerful enough and the concept consciousness of students is not strong. The choice and location of teaching content is not reasonable.4. IN community, the number of professional sports dance coaches and sports dance instructor is litter; and they lack the abilities of teaching skill; Sports dance project develop very slow; The club is not perfect construction.Because Hunan provincial sports dance in the situation of development and the national sports dance as soon as possible to promoting, and we have an analysis of the present status of the Hunan provincial sports dance development, puts forward the following countermeasures.1. Through the education department of Hunan province, take the sports dance projects as the middle school’s a required course to arrange, take the plan of the project of the sports dance teaching into the middle school classes, for all the middle school take off special sports dance training and practice fields. 2. In sports dance training institutions, unity and standard teaching content; Let the student culture study and special learning synchronization, common development; Teachers should lead the students more games and exercise, and improve their professional quality.3. More sports dance in ordinary colleges and universities teaching the popularity of the dynamics, strengthen sports dance teaching materials research, strengthen the physical dance teaching field and equipment investment, many art education course open and conduct sports dance club activities, sports dance project of publicity.4. In the universities of social instructor training, attract many teenagers on social sports dance instructor this career, increase of coaches club sports dance training, improve the market management regulations of the regulation of the club, the relevant legal system, develop more market.
