Of course, a combined set of thesethree rural development has become popular in today’s research.This article has used the method of the literature review, questionnaires and site visits,based on the "three levels of culture saying,"(material level, spiritual level, system level)to investigate and analyze the situation of rural sports culture and services in Jingzhou city,Hubei Province. Including rural sports and cultural venues, sports equipment, services anduniform during activities; rural sports and cultural organizations, teaching and training,instructors equipment, and integration of traditional and new competitions system services;rural culture sports consumption and consumer awareness, Sports and cultural awarenessand habits, sports and cultural advertisement slogans and services. Through investigationand analysis, concluded as follows:1. Rural sports venues and sports equipment cultural variety, but its integration intothe rates are not high enough, and the improper activities of traditional and modernequipment, sports equipment proportion; sporting and cultural activities in rural clothingscarce.2.
