The article through study and analyze the process of choreography, organized a detailed method which can be used in chorography for each levels of synchronized swimming team in China.Conclusion:1.Based on the international trends of the development of synchronized swimming, with the higher standards of choreography at the age of post-London Olympic Game, choreography should not be a weakness chain of the synchronized swimming in China, or just rely on the foreign experts to get acceptance from international judges.2.The Basis of choreography is a foundational principle of choreography in synchronized swimming, while the requirements for choreography are the key elements. Working around these two crucial points is in accordance with the characteristics of the event and following the trend of developments.3.Neglecting the part of creation is the central reason impacting the lacking of innovation in choreography. Meanwhile, to analyze and understand the relationship between body and time-space will help us do better on the details without losing sight of the whole picture.4.People who work with synchronized swimming in China are generally short of specific knowledge learning, which includs:the study on event, the study related to arts, and the study in other fields which will be helpful to choreograohy.
