With the development of curriculum reform, group learning has been got more and more attention by people, and becomes an important breakthrough and supplement for the traditional teaching organization form. Group learning is also affirmed to the students’quality development:it is one of the most effective way to acquire knowledge, it is an important approach to promote students’ social quality, and it helps students participate in learning activities actively, and so on. Now primary schools carry out group learning widely and obtain some achievements, but there are still some problems in the theory and practice level. For example, in thinking, concept and connotation of group learning is not clear, and the nuture of group learning is not definite; In the application, formal tendency is very serious, and the use is not in-depth. The paper not only analyses related theory thoroughly, but also explores implementation status of group learning in the teaching through the field study, data analysis, case analysis and so on, and puts forward relevant measures according to existing problems. This thesis consists of four parts.The first chapter is an introduction. It includes the following parts:the reason of reasearch, including the reflection on the traditional teaching organization form and the understanding of problems in group learning theory, and theoretical and practical significance of the study, as well as the use of paper methods.The second chapter is the summary of group learning. Firstly, there are concept definition, including the definition of group learning and the discrimination of related concept; Then, discussing the characteristics of group learning, the advantages of grope learning by class learning and individual learning, the classification of group learning, group learning and development of student’s quality.The third chapter is the specific application of group learning in the teaching. It includes the following parts:analyzing current situation of group learning, Putting forward the relevant teaching strategies and the conditions of use, and exploring the selection and combination of group learning with class learing and individual learning, the problems of group learning in practical application.The fourth chapter is the conclusion. It is the reflection on the merit and deficiency existing in the research.The innovation of this paper is not only theoretical analysis, but also exploration of practice, outlinines the application status of group learning in primary school teaching more clearly, and provides suggestions for its development.
